Setting e-mail alias in Evolution?

As far as I can tell, it isn't possible anymore. It's changed since the
last time I've had to set my alias. Do you know how I can set my e-mail
alias in the current Evolution? I've looked everywhere for an answer,
and the answers are all for the older version of Evolution.

As far as I know, this is not possible... Try KMail, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey...
