[SLE] equivalent of 'ipconfig /flushdns' on Linux

Anyone know what the equivalent of 'ipconfig /flushdns' on Linux? I've
looked at the ifconfig and its man pages but it doesn't seem to have the
same option.

nscd

on suse:

# rcnscd restart

look at /etc/nscd.conf for more information.
